A new luxurious condominium, dubbed Agile Sky Residence is set to be the new addition to Phnom Penh’s skyline soon. The 44-storey building will be located in Boeung Keng Kang (BKK), in the Chamkarmon district
This is the first development project here for Agile Group Holdings Limited – an investment holding company engaged in property development, management, hotel operations, environmental protection and other businesses in the People’s Republic of China.
Having entered the property business in 1992, Agile Group Holdings Limited has been dedicated to the pursuit of high quality living and is committed to becoming a provider of quality residences with the brand concept ‘Lifestyle of a Lifetime’.
During the launch of the project on Thursday, an Agile management official said the location is deemed a prime spot, seeing as it is surrounded by many embassies, non-governmental organization (NGO) offices, foreigner residences and multinational establishments.
“We have grown from a local real estate developer in Guangdong and Hong Kong to an international conglomerate group consisting of eight lines of business; we have expanded into more than 60 cities and developed over 200 exemplary projects.
“We have successfully entered key cities along the Belt and Road, including cities in Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia. In the near future, we’re considering moving into the United States, Australia and other countries as well,” he said during the launch at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
He added that Agile is also excited for the partnership with Naki Group, a Cambodian investment firm focused on developing the Indo-China belt, for the Sky Residence project. He believes the cooperation will provide comprehensive home life solutions to homeowners.
“Through this partnership, we will devote ourselves to establishing integrated and modern living standards in Cambodia,” he said.
